The identities of two British volunteers who vanished in the Donetsk region of Ukraine have been revealed.
The
two were last seen leaving Kramatorsk for Soledar at 8 am on last Friday. They
are volunteers assisting with the evacuation of civilians and humanitarian
efforts in the war-torn Donetsk region.
The
local police department reported missing two volunteers who are aiding in the

Andrew Bagshaw and Christopher Parry.
Last Seen
At
eight on last Friday, the two were last seen leaving Kramatorsk for the
troubled city of Soledar. After that, communication was lost.
The
following day at at 5.15 p.m., they went missing.
Officers
in Donetsk have stated that they are taking operational and investigative steps
to pinpoint their position.
Two
British men who went missing in Ukraine are being supported by their families,
according to a Foreign Office official.
A INTERVIEW
In
a recent interview, Mr. Parry discussed his experience rescuing people from
dangerous situations close to the front line while Russian fire shelled
Ukrainian positions.
He
was a running coach in Cheltenham when Russia invaded on February 24 of last
year; he was a native of Cornwall.
He
said he was aware he needed to go lend a hand.
Before
Severodonetsk fell in June, he took courageous action on the front lines by
evacuating its citizens and later conducting operations east of Lyman.
